Hand-forged knives from Riga

Anri Anaņins hunted for twenty years before he put his name on a knife. He designs every blade; smiths with decades at the anvil forge it to his drawing, and his Riga workshop shapes the handle, assembles the knife and finishes the edge. Handles use Latvian elk and red deer antler and woods such as Gauja bog oak more than a thousand years old.

These are the Prestige pieces, chosen one by one: hunting, outdoor and kitchen knives, the hunting and outdoor knives with a hand-laced leather sheath. Each listing gives the steel, hardness and blade dimensions.
