AAKnives

Riga, Latvia

AAKnives is the Riga workshop of Anri Ananins. Blades and steel parts are forged for the workshop by blacksmiths who have worked metal for decades, then fitted, assembled and sharpened in Latvia. Handle materials come from places in Europe with a long knife-making history, and the designs are drawn up by the Latvian team. The workshop makes hunting, outdoor, fishing and kitchen knives, and axes, and stands behind them with a European warranty. The pieces on Delmara are from the Prestige collection, each one handmade. Antler, wood and leather differ from knife to knife. Stock is held in Riga, at Šmerļa iela 3.
