Seller and scope

Order and contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. Selecting “Pay now” is your offer to buy the total shown and sends you to Stripe to pay. The sales contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. If payment fails or is cancelled, no contract is formed.

Prices, VAT and payment

All prices are in EUR and include statutory VAT. The basket and checkout show merchandise, delivery and the VAT included. The total payable is shown before you are redirected to pay.

Payment is taken through Stripe by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna or SEPA debit, where offered at checkout. No goods are dispatched without confirmed payment.

Products and availability

We present colour and handmade characteristics as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour, grain, weave, glaze and dimensions are normal features of handmade natural materials and are not defects. Availability is confirmed before acceptance.

Delivery, cancellation and faults

Delivery charges and arrangements are set out on Shipping and delivery. Orders from a single workshop ship to you directly; mixed-workshop orders are collected in Ādaži and sent on together. The 14-day cancellation right, model form and return process are set out on Cancellation and returns. Mandatory legal guarantee rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law

Latvian law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual country of residence. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
