A handmade mug changes the first minutes of the day. These are made in Latvian workshops: porcelain cups from cerannic, built around a slower everyday ritual; glazed stoneware mugs; and smoke-fired black ceramic mugs and beer mugs from Cepļi. Each listing gives the volume.

Can I put the mugs in the microwave?
Glazed stoneware and porcelain usually can; the listing says so. Black ceramic mugs are washed by hand and not used in the microwave.
