The handcrafted ash wood tray is made using the Japanese wood charring technique Shou Sugi Ban and finished with linseed oil and beeswax mix. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not soak or wash in the dishwasher. Refresh with wood wax occasionally.
